Nearest of our trio to the centre of town, our Birch Polygon apartments are situated in Rusholme, an area with a cosmopolitan vibe which offers a warm welcome and, with access to Manchester’s famous “curry mile” a plethora of wonderful eating experiences at any hour of the day.
Travel into town is a doddle by cab or bus, and energetic individuals could walk it in about twenty five minutes!
These apartments are very handy for the universities. The night life in Manchester, including the internationally known Gay Village located right at the heart of the city, is exciting and vibrant.

Birch Polygon is a series of centrally heated studio apartments each including lounge/bedroom area and fully equipped modern kitchen fitted with all the usual appliances; fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle and washer/dryer plus a full range of crockery and cutlery.
The bathroom offers shower facilities finished to a high specification and a range of complimentary toiletries is offered to guests.
All apartments have TV, DVD and CD players as standard. Bedrooms have fresh linen, towels, ironing board and iron and alarm clock.
All rooms are non-smoking, and cots and high chairs are available on request.
If you require telephone and internet access this is available in some of the apartments.
Maintained to a high standard of cleanliness Birch Polygon would seem to be ideal for individuals or couples. Secure parking is available.
