New Customers

Please note that we will require a deposit at the time of booking. The balance will be due prior to occupancy.

Payment

• Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, American Express
• Company Cheque
• Chaps and BACS payments
• Bank Transfer

You will need to provide a credit card number for security purposes and any additional charges that may be incurred during your stay. For bookings made within 14 days of your stay we will require full payment by cleared funds.If we do not receive your payment within the required time we reserve the right to cancel your bookings and any deposit paid will be forfeit.

Please note that failure to pay in accordance with the above terms may result in suspension of your booking. Albion Apartments reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

Cancellations:

For stays of less than 14 nights, cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to arrival will not be charged and your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.

For stays of 14 nights and over, cancellations made at least seven nights prior to arrival will not be charged and your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations received within seven nights of arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
